Alanah Wood is located off the Baltimore Road in Old Court Skibbereen
Cork City is just over 1 hours drive on the N71 Cork Road
Skibbereen town is the "hub" of West Cork and, due to its central location, is frequently used by tourists as a base to visit nearby attractions, including Mizen Head and Sheep's Head Peninsula

Come into Skibbereen off the Cork N71 road. At the Roundabout, take the 1st exit into downtown Skibbereen.
Follow straight through town to second roundabout and take the 2nd exit signposted Lough Ine, Baltimore.
Drive approximately 3 miles out the Baltimore Road. You will pass a boat yard on your right, then you will see the Old Court Inn Pub on your right.
1/10th of a mile after the Inn the road turns sharply to the right and straight ahead of you, you will see a small secondary road.
Follow this road (do not follow the bend around the corner on the main road).
We are the third farm on the left, 1/2 mile down the road, you will see a white gate and a white sign that says "Alanah Wood".
Do be careful driving on this road as it is a narrow country boreen!
